Through not reading the description carefully enough on e-bay (which didn't specify the model type), I've just bought 2 lengths of NACA4 instead of 5 for my N-SATS driven by a NAP175 in my AV setup. How much worse will it be in this application? Is it worth the hassle/expense of selling the 4 and buying some 5? (The Allae fronts driven by a 200 use NACA5 as does the Axess centre driven by the same 175 as the rears).

In the context of my system, which isn't n-sats, I've done a few blind listening tests and I can't tell the difference between NACA4 and NACA5 and neither could anyone else who tried. But if it's bugging you then you probably will hear the difference. NACA5 isn't that expensive and you should get a decent price for NACA4 on ebay so you shouldn't lose much by changing

We often use something like Chord Leyline for rears as it is convenient. The A4 is a very good cable and quite a bit more flexible than A5.
You might trim the ends until you see cleaner copper and solder new connectors on.
