Has anyone seen this scam yet?

International programs held on the2nd of October 2005
here in United Kingdom in

as winners under draws
B6/6.Your e-mail address attached to ticket

lottery scams are one of the oldest around. What amazes me is that there are people out there who think that they can win a lottery without actually entering.
