Third anniversary

Today is the third anniversary of the war and the occupation of Iraq.
Any thoughts, regrets or just hopes for that sad ordeal?

You may recall, Maggie was deposed just before the end of the first invasion.
Had she still been around, Saddams head would have been decomposing on a spike in the Tower of London.
Why did we ever get rid of her ?
She was the best PM we have ever had.
Regards
Mick

Gianluigi,
Are you "mit Uns"? because without you we cannot invade another 'evil' regime. We are plainly running out of heroes.

Eric,
Hi Roy,
[QUOTE]
quote:Could refusing to trade oil and gas with the West be considered an hostile act?
IMO - Yes, very much so. Though maybe not publicly admitted.

quote:If Saudi Arabia, Iran, India, Russia & China with Japan were to settle all debts in Euros what would happen to the 8 trillion US trade debt, the USD, the US and the rest of the world?
I really don't know. Any ideas?

Mick,
You're quite right, I do indeed fondly recall Maggie's deposition and its timing. I also recall Thatch regularly describing Saddam as a moderate and an ally. I also recall David Mellor's shameless fawning before Saddam, not just George Galloway's.

Richard

Hey Haim!
What do you mean?
"...........god bless the country which doesn't need heroes!"

Yes Mike!
What about "in god we trust"?
Posted on: 22 March 2006 by Gianluigi Mazzorana
I don't trust in god.
That's very convenient for those who think they can do what they want and then get an absolution.
I trust in good willing people and i trust in a better world.
For everybody.

Gianluigi, relax.
My heroes are not necessarily wearing uniforms or are on the battlefield. You could be my Blix (Hans).

Yes Haim.
Peace marchers are a danger.
For those who gain money selling lies.

Hi Haim.
No problems.
I see heroes everyday and they are those who burn their lifes working like slaves to let other people gain a lot of money and make rules that squeeze their benefactors.
I see heroes that fight everyday against injustice and personally pay for this.
They will have no pics on magazines.
I see a world out of balance where the just has become an outcast.
I'm not what here in Italy they simply call "red".
I could not be.
And i am not a revolutionary.
I'm only tryin to use my brain and take the better path to make a man of myself.
