Anyone tried CERRABALL supports ?

Hi all,

Has anyone tried the new Cerraball support devices (made by Finite Elemente /Pagoda Racks)?

Alternatives could be the Nordost Pulsar Points.

I'm thinking of using these Cerraballs for my CDS 2, which a had to mount on a wall shelf - and now I'm confronted with the problem of how to get the best out this somewhat compromising situation.

Hi Urs,

not sure if this helps but issue 21 of HiFi+ (january 2003) had a review of these. Don't think it can be accessed online but from what I remember the review was pretty positive,

I have tried them under my CDS2 on the FRAIM and they took away the music and left a clinical presentation with a lot of booooring details to focus on.
I have a friend with a lot of those magic things and the more I try the more I get convinced that a lot of people have no idea of musical involvement and instead build strange preferences to improve.
