OK it's not the best album by eirther of them and it's not the best in either the Outland or Psycvhonavigation series (Psychonavigatiopn 2 and 4 are my favourites.)But it's still a great record. Typical ambient dub witbh a nice bit of middle eastern instrumentation tghrown in. Well worth checking out.
Quite expensive because it comes as a double cd, 1 cd is stereo and the other is 5.1. I'm hoping that Namlook drops that idea soon.
