Just played Josh Ritter's "So Runs the World Away"
Great listen and not a bad recording either. I wish I could write songs like that!

Just listening to"So Runs the World Away" on Spotify, seems an OK + album.
An observation, he doesn't seem to know who he is , ranging from Bob Dylan to Paul Simon to Jack White to Leonard Cohen. Is this album different to his others in that respect?
Great wordsmith though.

Not sure whether to buy or not, keep an eye on the remaindered shelves eh?

Spotify is being a real PIA today ads after practically every track.

Historical Conquest and The Animal years are both good. The new one seems to have jumped up a level.
Also there is a good live EP "Live at the 9:30 club" Which gives you an idea of the energy of the shows.
