32.5 Adding 72 boards??

Hi
Just had a look on the Pink fish medis web site about putting 72 boards into a 32.5. It says that you repalce the 324 boards that are front left as you look at the amp from the front. My question is that I also have 324 boards on the right aswell. Does this mean that I would have to replace both sets? I don't use vinyl so I removed the phono boards and as CD is my only input should I I remove anything else?
