Google Street View.

The other day, Google Earth extended its Street View to include 95% of all british homes -
See Here.

There seems much concern being expressed regarding loss of privacy and the use of the facility by criminals to "case" neighbourhoods looking for stuff to nick.

I personally find it quite fascinating, and I've visited lots of places around the UK and abroad.

If nothing else it's worth taking a peek at Naim HQ and drooling over all the Ferraris, Astons & Rollers in their car park! Winker

I have just searched out the two houses I grew up in: The Pool Farm and "The Farm" at Evesbatch in East Herefordshire though with WR postcodes, and it is quite startling to see the two farmyards both on the same photo [as viewed from a big enough distance to take in half a mile] and the zoom into it so much that one can see the hop-buildings, the loose boxes, and cattle sheds! Still there but looking quite run down after 30 years. The trees have grown much bigger, and many should be cut down as they are over-hanging the rooves ...

Those two houses carry a massive collection of memories ...

Amazing! Perhaps I should cycle over and have a proper look in this nice weather!

I don't 1/2 as much mind Google looking into my street as I do the evil long long fingers of Facebook - something I have never, and will never, go near...(although the scary thing is I keep getting Facebook invite emails from people I know, which contain a section also showing 'other members you may know' who are completely unrelated to that particular person and with whom I haven't had contact with for years...How ?!!)

Anyway, Tony - can you see into the Goods Out building at Naim...?! Winker
