New brochure

My friendly local dealer not only had the brand-new equivalent of exactly my current system on Dem (CDX2,XPS2,282,Scap,250 - into allaes), but also something I could afford - the new Naim brochure. Very attractive, a full-format version of the 5 series one. Audio T also have their new Music at Home brochure which includes the price of the CDX3 (just over £4.5k without XPS2); I think this was anticipated.
Before I left clutching my mags I was treated to a 5-minute blast of Walking in Memphis - always good for vocals and a bit of dynamics, if not the best recording ever - and yes, the whole system is more subtle, delicate and detailed, and images, as the Dynaudio adverts say, 'like a b**tard'.
