Shipping CDs

Guys,

I'll be moving house again soon and that will include transporting hundreds of CDs and DVDs.

On previous moves I found that some of the small teeth that hold the CDs in the cases break.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to prevent this? It is really annoying to have all these damaged cases with CDs rattling around inside.

Obviously taking the CDs out of the boxes and placing them in CD albums would do the trick, but together with the DVDs there are close to 1000 boxes and I'd prefer to find an easier way.

My guess is that storing them horizontally would help.

Doh! Prowla, you're a genius.

Yeah James it's specially colder at this time of the year.

On a happier note, I'll be reunited with my vinyl and will be able to crank the briks up without so many neighbours to worry about.
