Internet Explorer Query

Anyone know why on MSN explorer I can actively participate with new topics and replies but if I'm in the site via Internet Explore, my attempts to add my fourpennyworth to a topic is met with a pop up window headed;

"about:blank - Microsoft Internet Explorer"

And it is blank too..!
