Good move or bad move?

I am currently using HDX with XPS, is it a bad move sonically to replace the HDX with nDAC and Unitiserve.

A few reasons for this:
1. I prefer internal storage and do not have a NAS at the moment but 400G (90% full already)seems not enough in the HDX while the coming Unitiserve got 1T.
2. Quality of HDX internal DAC seems not in the same league as the nDAC.
3. After having a few months experience with the HDX, seldomly use the LCD touch screen specially after the 1.5a upgrade which support iPhone remote.

In this case I will keep the XPS for nDAC, so as a CD transport and/or ripping engine, will there be a significant difference between HDX and Unitiserve just to provide the digital output?

Since no one has heard the Uniserve I wouldn't listen to anyone's answer to that question.

Hi,

Please bear in mind that the HDX provides a backup of your music. AFAIK, the Unitiserve doesn't...

Klout, one version can, one cannot.
