I thought we would have our usual "The Up North Boy Reprebates" go to a gig meeting this year.

You did say that Jet reckoned their would be a European tour this year. How right he was.

Maybe they will play Pretzel just for me this year.

Will keep my eye on the Steely Dan site for dates but interested in going.

Fantastic they are coming to Edinburgh. Seems tickets will be on sale 9am Friday.

Not sure if Hammersmith is sold out, it is 10.45 and Ticket Master show no tickets available.

£55-65 is probably more than I would pay for them anyway, so did not rush on to the web at 9am today.

Some SCUM called No63 Events are selling tickets for £149 each. It is time that this sort of scalping was made illegal.

Got into the NIA website at about 10 seconds after 09.00

It would appear that in those first few seconds they managed to sell out the first 11 rows centre-stage - unless of course they were pre-allocated to other corporate sites?

Oh well, at least they are in the bag.

Got on the blower at 9.00 am sharp. Still only mangaed row P for Hammersmith although nice and central.

Last time they played there I thought the sound was great.

Can't wait. I love this band!
