Dear Mr Moderator,

The thread about birching etc is gone. I know it had a rude title, but it was an interesting discussion. If it was just the title that led to it's being pulled, could you not change it and bring it back please?

It's in for review and some pruning thanks to somebody posting a link to a highly offensive video.

I give a bit more leeway on Padded Cell threads but take a very dim view of such links, especially where it accredited to another forum member.

I like to think that this forum is pretty good at self moderating but this seems to be slipping in the PC room in particular. In which case, regretfully, I'm going to have to moderate with a heavier hand in future.
