split screen camera trickery is the front-runner - note he never returns to the left hand side of the screen after the lottery draw starts, and stands unusually still while it's happening. There are lots of vids on YouTube explaining how it could have been done.

I was a volunteer that went on stage in his last show called 'Enigma'. I was one of the last 6 on stage and the show ended when we spun around our cards to spell "ENIGMA".

Credit must go to Andy Nyman and DB for managing to come up with new ways of dressing up what are fundamentally old tricks. In this day and age of endless internet, a real feat. There are only 2 things stopping you from finding out exactly how it was/is done:
1) a desire not to know. Absolutely essential, I think, if you are to derive any pleasure from it "They'll beg you to tell them how it's done, and they'll hate you when you have."
2) There are so many loopy weirdos in cyberspace that it can sometimes be difficult to sort the wheat from the chaff. But only sometimes...
