Uphill from there all the way, Musically, Attitude, Freedom, (Health at the beginning) and Grean Tea (I ain't sayin Nuffink).
Fritz von Reminds me of the Great Lady Raine (Who I once met with Grannie at Bembridge at her (Saxon Cottage). She was worth 20 Royal Navy Officers and more to-boot believe me: (Davy Niven was actually expelled (Grannie was looking after the Shar of Persia's kids at the time if I recall (Now they're considered terrorists?)
P.S. I met Lady Raine again (wonderfully) at Henley some years later (Unknown to my people) she reminded me of giving flowers to (Victoria, Yes Queen Victoria herself) I'd heard this from her own lips as a child (Quite lucky aren't I?)
Grannie always worried about her best China cups and saucers and although I knew she loved Raine and likewise so they always
addeseed each other as if it was the firt time they'de ever met. Lady West an Art Thingy (we never met her lot) lived next door too right on the beach (Dream,y Stuff Belive me and private)
Eve I love You*

Unlike the Romanians & Bulgarians, Poles are white Europeans Our Erik. The best bit about the 25 Manchester area 'Superheros' who demanded that the Arab-looking over-dressed chaps shouldn't get on the same plane as them returning to UK from their holiday through worry, I feel is that Indian/Pakistani/Asians are so integrated 'generally' into British society (especially in er, Manchester etc) that these Morons didn't even recognise their language. The travel company and pilot all pandered to their obvious stupidity, and in my mind they should have got another flight.
Fritz von Other Europeans (including here) who've read this story find it simply mind-boggling*

So despite your somewhat corny response, it appears that you would rather sponge off the German nation rather than work and contribute to it.

Feeling I have the moral highround over you as regards my own history of earning my own money and surviving to-date unconditionally on my own wits and luck Our Mick, I reckon your opinions in this field don't hold one iota of water old Chap. Going obviously only on information about yourself from your own posts and taking into consideration your present age I'm amazed at your hypocrisy even more than usual actually, but so long as your happy sponging off of thousands of peoples taxes through stealth I'm sure whatever I say will never effect you one bit, though there's a great difference between being thick-skinned and simply thick & well off, innit.
Fritz von I personally totally agree with Erik's post re-Lebanon, and naturally only desire peace in that region as well, though as already stated I'm pretty confident a major head on clash with their regular untrained and ill equipped army is what Israel really wants to seriously kick-arse and flex it's muscle (though only backed up by it's big Brother in the playgound) as has been the case with destroying Lebenon's fledging Democratically elected Govenment, as with the Palestinians too.
Branson and his Virgin's Birth*
P.S. I can't think of many who'd consider my last 9 months full time working (for govt) on 20% more than my usual dole money as scrounging off of the State somehow, possibly others dissagree, and I should do it for life, innit:

Your arguments do not stack up.
My income is derived from a pension fund which is still a net contributor to the nations wealth. The tax payer has not paid one penny in as a subsidy.
Secondly my various investments were all earned by me and like all investments, they can go up or down. I selected wisely and am now enjoying the results of my prudent decisions.
Also I have not been out of work since 3rd May 1965 which was the day I left school and have been paying taxes ever since.
You on the other hand appear to have been unemployed for many years and therefore have been receiving handouts from the tax payer. You are not contributing, you are sponging.
You are of sufficient intelligence to hold down a job and yet you chose to sponge. Your own code of ethics will determine if you think that that is moral, I think it is unethical.
If you do not wish to work, why not put something back into society by working for voluntary organisations.
Also i note that you enjoy taking the micky out of a lot of people (Matthew and me in particular) and regard it as jolly good fun.
The moment you get criticised, the mood changes to something less pleasant.
Time for a re think old chap innit.

Mick

So long as yer Happy Son, and I see you're also boasting about your drinking sesssions as well now too*
Fritz von I have absolutely no qualms about my own history as I say, and if you honestly believe that the Post Office or whatever you may wish to call it today (soon to be the Kaisers Post) isn't nor ever has been strongly subsidised by central govermment regularly including your pension fund too you are truly deluding yourself old Chap, many are actually Civil Serviles as you are maybe aware therefore are not in essence private are they? I feel your boasting of being a high earning consultant over the last year or so on here is somehow justified by yourself because you worked damned hard (motivated by er, high earnings) and most likely got on an unfair playing field anyway, ie: by one of your chums in the first place (ie, not the real world of business). This is the difference between men like Branson and Scroungers like BA Chiefs for instance who fuck up and leave (regularly after the standard Knighthood off course) with a massive pay off & pension, also subsidised by the taxpayer every time they get into trouble, a pointer we will surely very soon see when Ryan Air etc take the Govt to court over the recent imaginary BAA security farce.
I am not turning nasty Our Mick, I'm doing exactly the same as I've always done, and stuck to my guns, you have more time on your hands to think about these things now, or so it seems to me, so think hard, and stop bullshittin about voluntary and charity work it doesn't wash with me kid.

The Post Office has paid billions into the government coffers and even when it lost money for eighteen months, it still paid revenues in. It has not received any subsidies for over 29 years.
The pension fund is self financing and has never been propped up by the taxpayer. Therefore I am not milking the tax payer as you wrongly suggest.
My earnings are based purely on what I can negotiate. No one is forced to take me on and they can pay me whatever they think I am worth. That is the same position as you are in.
Every post I have applied for was done so against competition from others.
You need to learn the work ethic and fast.

Mick

Well Our Mick you'd better sue the Economist Magazine then Old Chap (which I subscribed to for years by the way) as they have a very different story to tell, after all these years and they've just been making it all up, what Prize Cads eh? and No! I'm not going to waste my time giving you quotes, I don't reckon you deserve it Old Chap, though now you have the time you should certainly investigate, just think of the compenstaion money-earner and publicity you'll get for exposing their porkies, (Probably cos they're England's oldest reputable rag, and based in deepest darkest Essex too God forbid) innit*

P.S. I know all about internal competition from others at govt interviews Our Mick (The post gets advertised to the public too late, if at all, which it's legally required to do) and the internal 'competition ' as you so succinctly call it refers to the man who's most suited up front (ie you in this case for whatever reasons may apply so please don't think you are any different from anybody else on this score) in fact it's the very reason why I as a 19 year old resigned from a promising career in the City
because of my own Father's interference in my business, ie fasttracking me with his buddies in what I thought was my own work, rings a bell does it John?
Teatime methinks*

You now appear to be on the run.
Everything that I have said about the Post Office and its pension fund is open to public scrutiny and everything I have said is verifiable. Corny comments do not win arguments, so please let me know in which edition of Private Eye you read this waffle.
Your assessment of how jobs are linked to candidates is bordering on the mythical and may go to explaining your long periods of unemployment.
You are a sciving person, be honest and admit it. If your dole money was stopped, you would be working tomorrow.
You are in a rut and stopping your do;e money would soon kickstart you into some action.

God or Mother Nature as she's more commonly known to Mankind has absolutely nothing to do with either good nor evil, they are like every other emotional perception on Earth etc, merely Human imagination and order of rules.

I always did wonder why a Private self-financing and independent company should pay large amounts of revinue money to the government, now why is this! blind generousity like Rover I expect?

I subscibe to the Economist and there has never been been any statements alleging that the tax payer has subsidised the Post Office or its pesion scheme.
Please put up or shut up. Produce the evidence.

The answer to that is the External Financing Limit. The Post Office is compelled to give money to HMG in the guise of an interest free loan based on turnover and not profit.
Your need to be better advised before blasting off.
Regards
Mick
PS None of this detracts from the fact that you should get off your ass and get a job.

Chaps, When the fair-playing field (I think not) monopoly of the Post Office is finally lifted next year after 150 odd years, the govt, like all other public assets before it will make it even more attractive to the Germans by piling in loads of dosh at unrealistic levels at the last minute (we know this is true from experience at public expense so why dispute an obvious fact, unless you yourself are actually benefitting from it of course?), though I suspect that a political decision may yet save it from the Bosch over public outcry, and it certainly wont want the pension fund after BMW"'s bad experiences with Rover, though at least they played the white man for many workers (as openly stated by them)which is far more than can be said for most UK assett-stripping consultants etc working usually on priveleged inside information, cos let's face it they'd be of no bloody use or interest to anybody otherwise now would they, innit*

I suspected that is what you meant. Now please dig a little deeper.
HMG have agreed in principle to make a loan to RM which must be repaid back at a favourable rate of interest. This frees up resources for a likely floatation at a later date.
HMG preferred that to a loan being made by a private bank.
Therefore the taxpayer actually makes a profit.
Next stupid statement
