CD5 and problem with Lou Reed CD

Hi all, I have buy a new 2CD of Lou Reed " NYC Man: The Collection" made in USA, but both cd not work on my cd5. The cds they turn on cd player but no tracks appears on the display and play not work. No sticker protection on this BMG release. Which problem could is to us? Thanks

There have been problems reported here with using Warner disks.

The problem is on all cd!!! The cd5 not read. I believe that turns to the contrary. Please help me.

Some silly questions:
1. Which way up do the CDs go?
2. Does the CD5 list the number of tracks when you put the CD in?
3. Have you got a local Naim dealer?

Try switching if off for a couple of hours or overnight. You might as well go the whole hog and unplug it. And get on to your dealer. Good luck.
