After seeing him on telly, Live at Ronnie Scott's, I bought Jeff Beck, but now prefer Official Botleg USA '06 - I love Pino's powerful driving bass - check out "Stratus" and Big Block ; also loving Al Di Meola - The Infinite Desire.

How did you connect with Jori?

That's a good question, I want to say Pandora but I know I had this album before that. Probably through a show called Groove Salad on Soma.fm. I'm not sure if they're still around.

Sand - "Golem"

Allegedly an underrated "krautrock" "classic" from the early 70s

Didn't start too well, but getting more into it.

Just saw a copy of this (on vinyl) sell for £144! Thank god for mp3s!

Indeed Diccus, about time we did some more live stuff. Have you checked out any upcoming gigs? Been looking at the stuff coming up at the Sage, do you fancy Joshua Redmond and Guy Barker. I'm already going to the ECM thing in hall 2 at 2.30 on the same day, but might as well make a full day of it!
