I like those Lara St. John CD covers - her newest one, too! I probably won't buy the CDs though.
Don't get me wrong, since I am male – and therefore a pig – I don’t really mind sexually imbued advertising. I ignore most ads anyway. But to associate Beethoven with sex. Beethoven? And the Pastoral at that? Goodness. I can see why people like Madonna or Britney Spears having to use sex to sell records. They have limited or no talent. (And then there is Christina Aguilera - Holy Crap!) But Beethoven and the interpreters that BMG have in their catalog?
Let us hope that the marketing gurus at BMG never discover composers like Johann Fux, or John Blow, or, gulp, Englebert Humperdinck.
