She puts out all of her solo stuff using HDCD and that even in includes the Awyren mini album which was probably a bit of a niche thing. Sounds great on my CDX2. The only fault I have with the Never Said Goodbye release is one of the songs seems to have some really bad clipping part way through. Must have been a goof up during mastering. Does anyone know if Cerys has a Naim system at home?
I last saw Cerys at the Zodiac in Oxford an thought the band were amazing. Her solo output is much better than the later Catatonia stuff. I saw Alun Tan Lan there too. His Y Distawrwydd album sounds pretty good - someone else who cares about the quality of his output.
