Wondering the same here myself.

Because it was beginning to attract unqualified advice.
Did you enquire of NANA?

Thanks for the explanation, Adam.
I've emailed dD myself and tried to reach him by phone today but the staff might have taken the day off. Perfect weather for lying around the pool;-)

Adam,
Yes I did. David apologized for not already having something in writing that he could send me. I was feverishly taking notes and admittedly explained to David I'm fairly ignorant to the electrical specifications for mains supply.
I followed up yesterday with an email to NANA asking David if he could review my notes for accuracy as I plan to take this to the builder.
Perhaps Dave is right, DD may be off for a couple of days.
Thanks for the explanation.

Dave,
No, he did not specify brand or model; however, he said to make sure it was brass.
He did recommend Siemens breakers. That was it for brands. If I can get him to proof my notes, I will post on here.
Perhaps he'll post something soon on NANA?
Regards,
Aric

Thanks Aric! I've got several days off and thought I'd try his recommendations. I've met NANA's requirements of the past (single 20 amp dedicated line) but using their old reccs of hospital-grade outlets which may or may not have brass wipers. I'll try the Siemen's breakers as well. (It's OK Adam, I wired my house following NEC guidelines to the letter and it hasn't burned down after 21 years;-)
I'd love to get your notes when you have time. If Adam blasts this thread (I do understand, Adam;-), my email is blackdogaudio@triad.rr.com
Thanks again!

Dave,
I'm sending you an email on David's response.
I don't mind posting the response on here, but I'll leave that decision to the powers-that-be.
