Your snow pictures

Given that London and the South East have had their heaviest snowfalls in 18 years, I thought that it might be fun to see everyone's snow pics from today.
To get everyone started, here's one of mine, taken in luverly Balham earlier...

Same model! Here is a close shot of the front of mine ...
Have you still got it?

Dear George,
Same model! I made your photo a bit larger, but the original small files size does not help the quality.
Have you still got it?

George,
Please see above, a better image.

Dear George,
I just want to get my one really tidy. The forks are looking a bit sad with peeling chrome, but I would want a really alpha plus job done - no butcher work for such a nice piece of kit!
Mine will be the last bike I shall ever want. Amazzing piece of kit!

Dear George,
I have recently replaced the wheels because spokes were starting to snap. I have also replaced handlebar tape, tyres, and brake lever hoods. A new chain as and when helps to prolong the life of chain rings and sprockets.
I just signed up for the Norwich 50 (British Heart Foundation) for the third year running. Great fun. Look after that bike. Yours is the only other model like mine I've ever seen.
All the best
George.

Dear George,
You cannot imagine the happiness it gives me that someone else has one of these.
I have never seen another like it myself, so you have a virtually identical one is just brilliant.
The wheels and brakes on mine are Weinmann [Belgian]. and the seat is something German, but not at all uncomfortable, even though looking sharp like a razor blade.
The craftsmanship in the bike actually has to be seen to be believed, I think you would agree!
If I brought it over to Norfolk on a visit to my sister-in-law at Holt, then we should fix a ride out on the Carlton twins! JN has my email address if you want to talk about this off-line!

Dear George,
My wheels were Weinmann. Everything else is original, brakes are Weinmann.
If you brought your bike to Norfolk I'd love to organise a ride with you. Perhaps we might stop at a pub or two along the way?
I'll get your email from JN and be in touch.

Will you two get a room bike shed?!

Dear John and Stu,
Usually what boys show each other in the bike shed is a private business, but with two such lovely and simiilar examples to show each other, I don't think there is any harm in sharing in a more public way!
These old handmade English bikes diserve enthusiastic care. And sharing the enthusasm is only good!
No doubt George will be able to give me a few tips on keeping my old thing as fine as it could be!

Mine is the left one. New saddle aside, it is pretty much as originally released I think. Comparing notes with George I shall learn more, as obviously he has had his from new and I am the second owner of mine! George's [GML's] bike is one the right.
They will look very nice together I am sure.
Perhaps we can breed some little ones if we leave them together overnight!
