Other than Dire Straits 'Brothers in Arms' which is a given

for sheer production nirvana try Tears for Fears album Sowing the Seeds of Love. I rate this as a top system tester. I gather it took a year to mix/produce. Phenominal. And I speak as a Zappa fan ( rest in peace, groover.)
Also have just bought 180g Ziggy Stardust remaster. More goosebumps, first album I ever heard in stereo in 1972, thanks to John Allum...

Amused to death by Roger Waters. -Varied in content, not too floyd-like, excellent recording...can even make Briks image!
