response required from adam @naim regarding my n-vi

I agree with you and am equally frustrated that you do not have your machine. My understanding was that there were several very urgent deliveries that we had decided to send for special Saturday delivery rather than allow further delay until Tuesday.

That your machine did not arrive as promised is unacceptable but you must understand that I am entirely unable to make any response as to why - other than this apology.

I have removed your original thread but hope that you will allow that I do acknowledge the way in which we have let you down - direct communication will always be more effective - albeit not on a Sunday.

thanks for the reply adam, sorry about harping on about my n-vi, it was nice of chris to offer me his demo one, but my wife does not want them to come and install this just to change it over in a few days time, we recently re-decorated and she is a bit fussy to say the least, not sure why she married me, hopefully it will arrive very soon, thanks anyway,
