Well, you are in Scotland, trying desperately to break away from the UK Winker

Every street I could think of with friends and family was in there!

Multimap.com

Includes (small, free, very low res) aerial photographs, postcode driven. Lots of money [£28 last time I looked] for higher res. A4s.
Couldn't even recognise my old homes. Very difficult map manoevering. Needs a download and takes ages even with broadband to download new map scales.

But if you aren't into parochial Blighty....: Cool

Denmark is provided with vastly superior online maps and aerial photography. Giving overlays in transparent and solid sharp enough to recognise cars. It provides property lines, calculates areas of anything drawn on the ground including auto-finishing polygons. All zoom levels possible to the point where Mick's outdoor loo would completely fill the screen. Gives house numbers. Cheerfully plots journey guides road by road between any two adresses in Denmark. Will take you directly to any address on a map typed into the search box.
All completely free and can all be printed out at will. Excellent for checking potential house purchases, showing what those odd ancient mark are on a nearby field or the property lines of neighbours up for sale.

So, dream-on Gurgle. Razz

Never mind my street, it found my house no problem at all.

Now look! It's not my fault you aren't living in paradise on earth. And I'm not even a native. Winker

You're obviously not paying attention anyway. I've had a good moan about the driving standards here and the excess of pig shit hitting the fields from the factory farms. Roll Eyes

Garyi can we try that again in English? I may understand every word Fritz writes but your post left me clutching vainly at thin air. Not a clue what you mean, old chap. Perhaps if you told Fritz what you meant he could translate for us. Big Grin

I want to see the websites of which you speak nime!

I am discussing the kommune website. Think of it as the county council website. You then enter your own local kommune if you want local maps, overlays and local detailed information.

Does it really need saying that you have to understand Danish to make any sense of it and that it is specific to Denmark?
