I blame the opposition if they hadn't of turned up then we'd have won - oh on second thoughts, perhaps not .... hope this tournament is now dead and buried

I enjoyed the tournament, but England did get spanked.

Brilliant bowling from the Super Stars never let England get a start.

I do much prefer test cricket, but 20/20 has grown on me, particularly having the opportunity to catch a few games at Headingley on the way home from work.

While working through the night two years ago, I watched the final of the first Stanford $1,000,000 tournament, and that was fantastic, a close game with a tremendous atmosphere, lots of West Indies style partying.

The 20/20 tournament is probably not as important outside the West Indies, but as Alan Stanford said in the presentations "Three years ago we started an experiment to get young kids who were going elsewhere - American basketball, soccer - back into cricket and to reward the best players in the Caribbean for their professional skills."

If events like this can keep potential future players of the game interested, and not have the talent drawn away to games like basketball, especially being on the doorstep of the USA, then I think it is something positive.

That game shows up a big problem with 20/20-too many games are one sided. There is not enough time for a bit of ebb and flow. I know the idea of a quick game appeals to many but if the game is over too fast it can be a big let down.

OTOH, not all of us have the stamina to last 5 days.

If you added together all my innings last year I doubt they'd total five hours, let alone 5 days.
