CD Lens Cleaner

I am still using an ancient TDK CD lens cleaner....the one with the little brushes that plays a little ditty whilst cleaning. Looking at the bristles, it seems well and truly past it now, though it does still seem to be effective .....if I don`t clean the lens for some time, my player might refuse to read a CDR....cleaning the lens cures this and the sound quality does improve noticeably.

So any suggestions please for which lens cleaning disc is best? How much does it cost and where can I get it?
