The musical, not the movie...

The Long Suffering Wife, myself and my sister went to London to watch this musical last night. It was an absolute hoot. Not kid-friendly, nor for the homophobic, but for well adjusted adults, it was a hilarious blast. The music, tempo and general joie de vivre was some of the best entertainment I've had the pleasure of enjoying in a long time. We were laughing almost all the way through.

That said, only to be approached with an open mind prepared for the flagrant display of sixpacks and bulging pecks with the odd gorgeous girl (or was that a man???).

Thoroughly recommended, still giggling.

I adore the movie, but theatres make me uncomfortable for some reason. A shame really.

At last--something that my wife, my brother, his husband and I can enjoy together!

It'll get to the Washington DC area by 2015 or so.

How do they handle the scene with the ping pong balls?

Don't sit in the first 3 rows JR. I'd love to see a live show of it. It was and still is one of the great gay movies.

The ping pong scene was absolutely hilarious. It had me crying at one point...

It sure documented an interesting group traveling thru OZ. The visuals were so incredible you didn't know what was going to show up next.
