My Morning Jacket - Okonokos

Just got the new My Morning Jacket live recording = Ekonokos, only half way through it so far, but what a storming performance - definetly one for those old plonkers, stuck in a 1970 rut, who think modern bands can't cut it like they did in the good old, dope fueled, Filmore days, to overlook.

I'm building up to this as I've only just discovered them. Just bought Z & The Tennessee Fire so I might delve further when I've become hooked. I have just ordered Illinois by Sufjan Stevens too, so I'll be busy.

Z is excellent as well. I enjoyed the first track of Illinois, but couldn't get on with the rest of it, although People I know rave about it. Another album you might like to audition is Death Cab For Cuties, Translanticism, simply brilliant.
