Big DTS Movies

Somewhat bored tonight I've been nosing around the VOBs of Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter and Spring as DTS seemed less shouty than DD (yep, even less than usual!). This is one outrageously huge DTS track. I’ve never seen the like, at over a gig it’s three or four times bigger than anything I’ve found before, even Superbit titles.
The DVD is a current rental title if you fancy a go yourself, there’s loads of nice ambient sounds that benefit although the soundstage was outdoors and there seems not to have been much in the way of ADR.
Be warned though it’s a literal tale of Buddhist attachment: it shows the way out but there is suffering here. And dialogue is Korean.
But don’t let me put you off! Particularly as, although subtitled, it has a Sir Cycle missus rating of eight out of ten, that’s >two weepy scenes + happy ending = >0.7 bedroom finish probability
