AV2 reset too easy

Hi there,
Sheesh, I've just pressed and held down the Disp button on my AV controller instead of the OSD button.
Seems like I've just found out the hard way that there is no confirmation for whether you would like to Reset the unit to Factory Default !
Could I ask that this has some form of confirmation, or that it becomes a 2 button sequence.
Now at least I know what I'll be doing this evening.
