Roaming Wireless internet - best option

Chaps,

due to working quite far from home I'm finding myself staying in hotels near Coventry and Birmingham quite a lot before starting an early shift. The hotels seem to charge about £15 per day for internet access which is a bloody rip off and soon mounts up.

Can anyone recommend a cheaper option?? My laptop has wifi and bluetooth built in and my mobile phone is currently with Virgin mobile.

Has anyone found a cheaper option so I can sit in my hotel room and surf?

Thanks for the suggestions guys - the Tmobile deal looks a good one given I would prefer to use my existing laptop although Vodaphone also seem to be quite competitive it seems.
