Snaps Hi-cap cable

Anyone care to comment?

"a set of leads to convert a NAIM SNAPS to be used as a HICAP and reap the benefits it has to offer.NO INTERNAL MODS WHATSOEVER ARE NEEDED. If you are the owner of a SNAPS and a .5 pre e.g. 32.5 , 42.5 etc you can get the benefits of using a hicap. One lead plugs into the HICAP socket on the pre,the other end of the lead has two 4pin sockets which connect to the power sockets on the SNAPS,these leads carry POWER ONLY,which according to many separating the signal from the power is a good thing, and you are getting the benefit of running the pre with TWO SEPERATE 24v POWER as intended. The other lead is a BRAIDED SIGNAL ONLY cable constructed from similar cable as to which NAIM use for the internal wiring of their amps"

I ask because a 5 pin DIN for the SNAPS is about £1, and a black SNAIC is a worthwhile purchase anyway.
