My choice would be to go back to an old company car that I had awhile ago.

Jono, I have edited this. I assume you wanted to link to a picture of a car. Instead all we got was a big banner ad for a certain car advertsing site. Richard

P & P is that a Mercedes version of a Mk1 Corvette?
Posted on: 05 August 2009 by Staedtler
Its a recreation of a Merc 300SL gullwing (Gullwing-America 300SL Panamericana), using an aluminium/fibreglass body over a steel spaceframe and running Merc V8 power. Nice!

Thanks Jagster, I sort of knew that, and should have used a smilie. Bad attempt at humour on my part.
Nice car though.

Ahh, I see. Good observation though, I see the similarity!

A different kind of green monster. Sadly not mine - couldn't afford to run it, or get into it...
Porsche 912.

Why not Jon? Be careful not to suck any Naimites into the air intakes - difficult little beggars to remove...quote:Originally posted by jon honeyball:

I have always been a Bentley fan but in rare moments as I approach mid life...

Posted on: 24 August 2009 by mudwolf
I was driving down to my parents an hour south, I saw an old mustang and it had a flat back with sharp spoiler and faded aqua blue color with silver stripe down the side and one small cobra badge. I think it was the first series of mustangs it was so raw,
And the best thing a young guy driving was really having fun, I rolled my windows down for the exhaust notes and when things opened up he just moved over and took off. WOW a real California special.
Tho I think the color of that Bentley is incredible. I recently saw a coupe in sapphire blue with buff leather interior.

Just as a reminder this is a car thread, you 2 wheel road thieves have your own threads.

Quite right George...they make a lot of lovely bikes, this one just caught my eye.
...now we'll stop hijacking this thread, and leave these boys to play with their pistons.
