SD Acoustics SD 1 Evolution

Has anyone any info on these speakers? I listened to the original SD 1s years ago and was very impressed. I understand the newer speakers have two ribbon tweeters, one of which fires backwards.

I have tried looking on the web, but with no luck so far.
