CD5 and a Hi-cap

What leads do I need to power a CD5 from a Hi-cap?
Also what do I connect to what?

1) Black snaic
2) Whaddya think?
1st (from right) socket Hi-Cap to 2nd socket CD5.
1st socket CD5 to preamp (as before)
It's easy and it's good.
