Some people ...

My daughter (Marisa) and her husband (Andy Priestner) run a small book publishing company in their free time.
Andy is the author of "Secret Army Unofficial Guide" and the co-author of a book on the original series of "Survivors" (They are also responsible for the special features on the DVDs of those and other programs)
Marisa is currently spending a few days with us (gives us a great chance to play with our 2 year old grandson) while Andy is in Germany at a meeting, and was complaining about a customer of theirs in Holland.
Apparently she had ordered a copy of the Secret Army book directly from them, and the item was posted the same day. 2 weeks later it hadn't arrived, and rather than doing the sensible thing and contacting Marisa to ask where it was, she complained to PayPal!
Marisa emailed her to say that deliveries outside the UK can take up to 28 days, and to let her know if it still hadn't arrived. No reply. However, after 3 days the PayPal complaint was cancelled, and 4 days after that no email from lady in Holland to say whether it had arrived.
I have told Marisa not to take too much notice, and that her customer is basically rude/ignorant. Alas, such behaviour seems to be more frequent these days (sigh)
Grandson being spoiled rotten, BTW.
