After incredibly poor Fork In The Road I nearly passed on a Neil Young album for the first ime since I heard him in 68.
Glad I didn't - whilst it's not up there with his best it is very good. Solo electric and acoustic guitar treated by Daniel Lanois works really well - and the important bit, the songs are very good.

Fork in the road, with the exception of the song "light a candle" was pretty poor I agree but this album is well worth investing in - old Neil can be hit and miss.....

I really didn't get it Gary. I'm still playing a CD version of Massey hall. I also have that album in HiRes but neither sound as good as listening on your original system to the vinyl!

A great departure from the plodding of Fork. I just enjoy the unpredictability of each release.
Strangely though it refuses to rip to my HDX - fine on i-tunes through the Mac.
Nothing on the cover to DRMd but it goes to look up then ejects - v odd.
