Listening to a very interesting BBC Radio report last evening about the Roma's of Europe who number some 10 million in total; these particular ones living in Serbia. Widely oppressed by just about everybody under the sun throughout their history (which supposedly eminates from India somne 1000 years back) and they seemingly are not much better off today either ? For some strange reason I floated back to that brilliant Star Trek episode when Jean Luc during 25 minutes of unconsciousness on the Bridges deck so speak, experienced a whole lifetime on another planet with family and all, then returning to that previous reality.
I can't help but think that the Gypsies that Our Mick is so kndly putting up in his garden at present experience everything in a totally different way; in that the 25 minutes was before they were invited in, and not after, innit ?
