leica C-LUX 1 spares??

Hi,
My Leica's LCD screen no longer works, no crack or broken plastic but the LCD crystal has a black mark from one corner rendering the screen unusable.
The camera was purchased in 2006 so beyond warranty, Leica have quoted £200 to replace and fit a new screen!!
Does anybody know where i can buy spare parts from, could i use the panasonic screen??
