Accessories for digital cameras...

Memory cards, batteries etc. Where are people getting theirs?

crucial.com seem to have a good price on memory.

Otherwise I normally use ebay for this type of thing (seriously)

Tom

I used http://www.buyacamera.co.uk to get a new camera recently. Keen prices on cameras (best I could find), but I can't speak for their prices for accessories.

I found that Jessops were keen to price match. They sold me my EOS 20D body for £929 3 months ago, which is still a good price.
For memory, try these:

Thanks guys. I'll check these out. The cheapest I've found so far is MemoryForLess. Has anybody used them?

Memoryforless appear to be over £20 more for a 2Gb CF card from Kingston than Picstop. I tend to keep a few of these online shops in my favourites list, as the prices can vary day by day and shop to shop.

Tom,

I buy all my cards on ebay.

I wouldn't advise buying "cheap make" cards, they are slow and unreliable.

You can get the Sandisk Extreme on ebay for the same prices as cheap cards in the UK.

Count,

I bought my Extreme III CF card for £81 incl delivery a few weeks ago. Looking at eBay, as I did at the time, it seems that cards in the UK are more expensive than on-line shops and that importing with ebay can sometimes end in tears. Have you found a reliable, cheap source? Please tell!
I agree about the speed of cheap cards, but for my holiday in Tanzania I just need capacity rather than outright speed. Afterall, 50x isn't too much slower than 133x in practice.

Tony,

You would get the Extreme 1gb for under £45 on ebay internationally (+ £8 post). With a product of this value, the customs are very rarely interested and even if they were, it would still be cheaper than the UK. I have bought over 250 items on ebay over the past six years and never been ripped off (although one tried).

Congratulations, you have the best and fastest card to date.

Bought this strap:

and this:

from warehouseexpress during the week. The strap is so comfy compared to the standard Canon offering, and the rocketair is a little gem for chemical-free cleaning. Delivered next day for £3.99.
