The RR engines mean that AAC can fly hotter and higher - so its of more use.
When leaving the Merlin, if you don't immediately turn left you'll walk into the tail rotor...

In the darkroom, when removing the film from it's backing paper (medium format) or from it's retaining strip (35mm), as the adhesive is stretched it emits light. it's like peeling off a band-aid/plaster and seeing light emitted from the glue.
So you have to do it slowly so as not to risk film fogging
