Can you guess what job this is?

Whilst perusing job ads in my local rag (having nothing better to do than post bol**cks on this ere esteemed forum) I came across an ad which included the following:
'This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented and capable person to join our small professional team..
your main tasks will be...giving first class customer service....
...you will understand and be sensitive to the needs of ....good interpersonnel skills...
you will also have 360 degree digging experience....
experience in dumper operation would be a distinct advantage..'
£16,371 - £19,569 depending on experince.
I particularly like the bit about dumper experience.
What job is it?

Yes. Well done Rasher. Your prize is in the post.
I dread to think what the dumper would be used for. Does anyone know what 360 degree digging is?

Yes, it's using a Mini-Digger or JCB.

The real clue was:
...you will understand and be sensitive to the needs of ....good interpersonnel skills...
you will also have 360 degree digging experience....
Digging and being sensitive to the public could only mean one thing. "Professional team" and salary excludes normal labouring.

Yes indeedy. I have never heard of 360 degree digging and had images of some chap down a hole turning around in circles.
