Posted by: Diccus62 on 11 February 2008

A friend wants me to copy her baby dvd's for family. Is there any software you could recommend, pref free. I thought windows might be able to do it but i'm not sure.

Thanks folks

Biggus yerself up Winker

I use nero for CDRs (doesn't do DVD rec) & it works V well.

I think it came with my copy of XP, but if not was free!
I know there are nero vers' that do DVD, & no doubt they have trails at nero dot com.

I have a handy FIL guide to Windows Movie Maker (prog' is free with XP). Could Vista have a similar freebie? This guide might have clues. If you'd like a copy of t'guide email me.

So I did more work replying to your thread than you did copying the DVD! Winker
