Is my 32 a 32.5?

Greetings to all

I have a 32 with a 4-digit serial number which I purchased around 11 years ago via a mate in the UK.

I'm pretty sure that it had been upgraded to '.5' spec. - but how can I tell for sure?

Thanks
Jim

A 32.5 must have one 5 pin Din socket output and a 4 pin one. If you use it direct with the amp or with a single rail Snaps, a link plug should be fitted on the 5 pin socket.
Give us more info on your setup, it will be easier to be sure.

That's a 270 degree 5 pin, as opposed to the 180 degree type used for the non-phono inputs.

FWIW.

Thank you to both Manu and Paul.

The 32 is currently unused - yes I've finally succumbed and bought an 82, which means the 72 has usurped the pre-amp duties in the #2 system - but prior to this it was fronting the 160 sans Cap.

It is precisely as you say - I had a shorting plug in the first socket and the Snaic into the second, exactly how the 72 is running now.

Thanks again
Jim
