Ever seen a film, hated the story but kept watching to the end due to the actors?

I know this is a weird question and one I had to compress for the sake of word limitations allowed in the thread title!
Here are two examples for me that happened recently. I watched Ocean's Thirteen because the cast was really good and I always love Al Pacino films. Well the story is far-fetched, it is almost like a comic book and not at all plausible.... Therefore it is rubbish in my book, but I watched it as I liked the actors from previous films they'd been in.
Another film which I hated but still watched all the way through was the Book of Eli. Maybe some of you liked this film, but it has nothing to it. I watched to the end as I have always loved Denzel Washington films, but surely if the director replaced him with a 'no name' actor the film would have no appeal. It's almost like a repeat of Mad Max and the Thunderdome.
I know it is a weird paradox, but do any of you have films that you've persevered on simply because it is an actor you previously loved and you wanted to 'give them a chance' (so to speak).
(By the way, I also had this with a terrible film called "Tape" with Ethan Hawke. Now that is atrocious!!!)

Jon
