This should ewentually become quite a large thread as it's a far more interesting topic/subject than speedin & coffee grinders, but that's only my unqualified opinion innit ?
Fritz Von The Chief reckons I'm spending far far too much time on this forum and not getting out to chat up the gels, the question is, How does he know this, innit?

True Truths III- Albert Speer was a genius.
Dave von I love hanging around with hi-fi anoraks but will never admit it now isn't that the case?

Mr C. Just because Liverpool won the Silverwear it doesn't mean you can immediately imply that all Scousers are tea-leaves, I mean Seno'r Pawwy would just not alow this in the real world.
Fritz Von My Travellor Gnome builders of Irish/Scouse origin sorting out my teak garden furniture are the salt of the whatever, and I couldn't be without them (cos they won't travel on) But I love them all the same cos I'm a regular charity doner and will soon be grinding my own green beans (for my family & Tax relief)
in Silly-Con Walley though I must admit I'm already having second thoughts cos there's so many Londoners over there, innit

Fritz
Where did I imply that my comment was about anything other than the title of this thread. Keep your prejudices to yourself.

Taking stock has many connotations. The australian army manages to lose stacks of equipment but I believe at this stage tanks are still intact.

These little "pokes" we take at at each other reminds me of a fascinating series on the radio on the subject of status. An essential ingredient in any relationship (however fleeting) between any two human beings. (or so we are told)
How does one achieve status on a forum when the kit is hardly ever mentioned and one cannot fix the other with an autocratic stare?
While only "hifofum" might dispute Adam's place near the top of the PC's pecking order, where does that leave Fritz? The clever court jester making lateral jibes at "your highnesses" disguised as (often) impenetrable humour. But which of his personalities is dominant when he is alone?
Or what about Sir Mick Thrust? Is he really the stately home owner, with a brace of Purdey's and a carefully-honed line in new-money speak washed down with a jug of fine port? Or a rude, arrogant, glorified storeman with delusions of grandeur thanks to a tragic mistake in the Post Office Pensions Office?
Is forum status important to you?
