MP3 player advice.

Hi all,

I'm looking at getting an MP3 player and would like some advice as to what to get.
I think I need around 16gb storage but only need it to play music, I don't need it to make tea or tell me what plane is flying over Winker.
I already have quite a lot of albums ripped to mp3 on my computer so don't really want to do it all over again (I also have an internet radio that accesses these files).

I of course value a quality sound and am willing to spend between £80-£100.
It would be good if it could be externally charged (i.e. not solely from a usb port on a computer) so that I can use it in the car.

Could anyone suggest something to fits?

May thanks in advance.

Take a look at Cowon, said to have very good sound quality. There are a range of players, from the cheaper i9 to more expensive options that you might not want to stretch to.

If you take a look on the Cowon website there is all the information you need.

Thanks for that. they look pretty good if a little on the pricey side (the uk website is awful though!)

Perhaps it reflects the music playback quality? Smile

QA350 WAV uses SD cards with WAV integrates DAC and headphone amplifier and has rechargeable lithium polymer battery to carry with and play music.

Sales of MP3 players (including the iPod) are falling rapidly. The smartphone is effectively killing them.
