I´m buying some old Sonic Youth records,but I don´t know if is it worthless buy J and M C because it is a band from the eighty,so a bit old fashion ourdays. I know they were urban depressive and "Honey´s dead"seems one of their best albuns!

If you are going to buy any Mary CHain then you need to get Psychocandy...their debut and probably the best.

I would get all of them.
From the very first "Psychocandy" to the one you mentioned and further.
I like them and i did not listen to one of their albums that disappointed me.

I would start with Honeys Dead and then Stoned and Dethroned and then Psychocandy.
