Sorry Fritz,been out of town. A bit of embarrassment for Mr.D in some ads from Diggers around Anzac Day who were solidly in the affirmative.
Suddenly an aggreement is reached in the short term.
Means that East Timor will receive an additional 5 billion Dollars over and above their present entitlements. Discussions are now on hold.. Watch this space.
